Say yes to jesus!

Today you are making the most important decision of your life. You are saying yes to Jesus. Your old life ends, and your new life begins. The Bible tells us:

“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!” (2 Corinthians 5:17 NIV)

This decision changes everything. Sin once separated you from God, but through Jesus Christ — His death on the cross and His resurrection — you can now be forgiven, redeemed, and made whole. Only Jesus can bring true peace, true love, and true joy, because He is the only way to God.

“Jesus answered, ‘I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.’” (John 14:6 NIV)

When you place your faith in Him, you are no longer bound to your past. You are set free, given a new identity as a child of God, and assured eternal life with Him.

If you are ready to surrender your life to Jesus, pray this prayer sincerely from your heart:

Heavenly Father,

I come before you today with an open heart and an open spirit. I proclaim today my allegiance to you and Your Son, Jesus Christ. I come before you asking to be saved through the blood of Your Son Jesus. I believe that He is the Son of God, the Christ, the Messiah. I believe that He shed blood, died on a cross…sacrificed Himself for my sins. I also believe that 3 days after His death He was resurrected from the grave and ascended to Heaven to sit at your right hand! I believe that He is the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. I believe in the power of His name, and I have faith that by confessing my sins, asking for forgiveness and repenting in His name that I am saved from spiritual death and the depths of Hell. I believe and proclaim that I am covered and saved by the blood and sacrifice of Jesus Christ. I ask for forgiveness of my sins, and I repent and commit my life to you Lord God. From this day forward I am your servant, your vessel, your child and I am a disciple of your Son, Jesus.

I pray this in the name of Jesus. Amen!

Remember, this is not the end — it’s the beginning. From this moment forward, you are walking with God, and He will never leave you.

Welcome to the family of God. Today, you are a new creation in Christ.

 Now that you’ve surrendered your life to Jesus, you are no longer who you once were. You are part of His family, chosen and set apart for His glory.

“But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.” (1 Peter 2:9 NIV)

As a child of God, your citizenship is no longer of this world — you belong to Heaven.

“But our citizenship is in heaven. And we eagerly await a Savior from there, the Lord Jesus Christ.” (Philippians 3:20 NIV)

You are also enlisted into God’s army. Your life is not your own anymore; you now live to please the One who saved you.

“No one serving as a soldier gets entangled in civilian affairs, but rather tries to please his commanding officer.” (2 Timothy 2:4 NIV)

And as a follower of Christ, you’ve received commands:

• To love God and love others.
  “Jesus replied: ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: Love your neighbor as yourself.’” (Matthew 22:37–39 NIV)
   
• To be known by love.
  “By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.” (John 13:35 NIV)
   
• To make disciples of all nations.
  “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” (Matthew 28:19–20 NIV)
   

This is your new life: a citizen of Heaven, a soldier in God’s army, and a disciple of Jesus called to live in love and carry His mission to the world.

Now rise. Live as His example. Love as He loved. Serve as He served. Go and make disciples — for you are chosen, redeemed, and sent.
