Jesus is the ICON — the image of our faith. The cross and what it represents is ICONIC: the life, death, burial, and resurrection of the Son of God. What He accomplished is not just history, it is eternal truth — the centerpiece of salvation and the ultimate symbol of God’s love.
To be iconic in Christ is to live as an image bearer of Him. Just as an iconic symbol points to something greater, our lives are meant to point to Jesus. Paul reminds us, “Follow my example, as I follow the example of Christ” (1 Corinthians 11:1 NIV). This is the call of discipleship: to reflect Jesus so clearly that others are drawn not to us, but to Him.
That’s what Iconic Faith is about. Jesus is the ICON, the cross is ICONIC, and we are called to live ICONIC lives — lives that symbolize His Kingdom, embody His truth, and shine as timeless witnesses to the world.
